Type: CityPREFACE
A city where every sin seems to be allowed, as long as you're rich enough for it; you'll enter with dreams of gold and goals of power, climb its peaks of glass and lights, stapled smile forcing a nauseating vision of happiness on everyone's face, until it drags you all the way down and you lose everything.
Aw come on, why so gloom? Just play safe, stay pretty, nod and listen to whoever's above you and everything will be fine. All the seats have been taken, and even if you managed to tip over someone for theirs, you know someone else will do the same to you. Might as well stay in your place, unless you want a target to be placed on your back.
"The preface is about the Upper City, to set the stage on the characters living mostly outside of it. What they escaped, what they were chased out of, what they have to return to despite their hatred for it. Decadence is surrounded with wastelands, a result of its poor choices, a lack of care for the slum's survival."
THE UPPER CITY
District
Towers of windows looking down on you unless you made your way up, reflections hiding what's happening behind them. Only its peak can reach the rest of the world through heavily guarded ferries.
THE DRUNKEN ANGEL
>Upper city, Club
A burlesque club not too far from the edge of the Undercity, but still renowned enough to garner some high up's attention. Accepts anyone as long as they have the money to pay for the entry fee.
WISHCORP
> Upper city, Corporation
'Employs' demons, fey and anyone who can grant certain levels of wishes; currently powered by a Fallen Star, held captive in the building's depths.
FUTURE LABS
> Upper City, Research Center
Facilities dedicated to the development of genetical mutation, creating hybrids for various purposes. (By Ekstez)

At the edges of Decadence, where freaks and cold blooded killers gather, where rules and roles apply, all in an exciting game of cat and mouse. So what will you be, hm?
THE BEATING HEART

Owned by Thirteen, at the center of her territory. There's dance, there's drinks, there's a whole bunch of other things. Just come visit if you're curious~
CRIMSON CLINIC
> Undercity, Medical Facility
Independant, private establishment that welcomes the unwelcomed. Researches various subjects, notably blood alternatives & rare afflicitons.
THE UNDERGROUND
District
A community of people who either fled or were kicked out of the Upper City, trying to live a semblance of a normal life through their struggles. Hopes are to find a way out, someplace else to call home someday. (By Ekstez)
