Species: furred katydid

Strengths: Rather than things like status or wealth, Neem is highly artistically inclined. This is across all kinds of mediums ranging from literature/poetry, visual arts, and performing arts (dance and music). They’re also rather quite mature and level-headed, and are great with comforting
Weaknesses: Confrontation, rather docile/submissive, combat, isn’t great at flying, and can often finds themselves in deep existential thought

Backstory: Neem has lived alone for the majority of their life growing up. Nothing exactly tragic has occurred, but rather they are troubled with their purpose. Through their years of isolation in nature, they have navigated all kinds of challenges and conflicts, both internally and externally. However, with so much time to themselves, Neem has come to build up an identity for themselves. They find that they can channel and express themselves through artistic means. This doesn’t mean they don’t still find themselves often in periods of time where they have no direction, but with faith in themselves, Neem has learned to overcome. 

Personality: Neem is very much a docile pacifist, who avoids conflict and violence. Often times they are rather quiet, but this doesn’t mean they’re socially anxious. Instead, Neem is quite mature, and knows quite well that most of their troubles are internal. They’re very reassuring, and makes an effort to ensure everyone is comforted or at least feel appreciated. They can make some witty remarks at times, though its never harsh. Overall, they are quiet therapeutic.

Extra: They have sensitive, long antennae allowing for sharp spatial awareness. Neem has two pairs of wings, allowing them to fly in short bursts. The first, bigger pair, when dormant, is wrapped around them like a shawl or cloak. The second, smaller pair is translucent and hidden under the first pair. Similarly, Neem has two pairs of arms. Furthermore, they also have dimly bioluminescent eyes.
Neem also loves stargazing!
