Max, externally, appears rough and mean. Once you actually get to know him, he’s a pretty cool guy. He’s able to hold normal conversations, and tell several anecdotes. Though, he’s clearly been through some rough things. Max usually avoids interacting with others unless he feels the individual can be trusted (he lives in fear of the world). He doesn’t like getting into fights and will stay away whenever possible, but is capable of standing his own in battle if need be. He hates being aggressive, and would rather let himself get beaten up if that means not being aggressive, especially if he perceives his attacker as a higher power than him. However, he will fight back if it’s in defense of someone else. Max tends to bottle up or hide his emotions, thanks to the kinds of environments he’s been in. Very rarely does he open up to anyone. He isn’t very academically educated, if at all, but he is very street-smart.

Abilities

Like all Hellhounds, Max has a thing called "true form". The state is typically triggered by intense negative emotions, like anger, fear, and sadness. It might not seem like it to those unfamiliar, but Max is fully in control of his thoughts and actions in this state, though his emotions might get the better of him. In true form, he gains a boost in strength, and a slight increase in mass.
