Billy

When Billy was alive, he enjoyed going out and seeking out unwilling victims, catching them off-guard and killing them in any creative way he could think of. He was only stopped when he picked out the wrong person and someone decided to seek revenge on the psychopathic murderer. 

It is well known that Voodogs are not allowed to harm anyone except their victim. That is, the one who caused them harm. The same holds true for Billy (who does love to take the time to torment the man who killed him). However, he has been seeking loopholes to this rule as he is not content to just sit back and accept this rule. He found this loophole in the Catasite, Riax, who seemed just as sadistic as he was. While neither of them has the ability of speech, he's found a way to not only befriend the parasitic cat creature (or at least convince them that he was their friend), but help give them his ideas and to carry them out for him since... there are no rules against someone else harming others FOR him. The partnership seems effective enough for the most part... except Riax has the attention span and stubbornness of an actual cat. They do what they want, when they want, and tend to completely dis-regard Billy when he's trying to show them what he wants them to do... and the Catasite sporadically losing interest or even running off has occasionally triggered his eyes/ears/mouth color changes out of pure stress. 

He can only speak in shrieks, cackles, wails, screams, and other such similar noises. He's considered getting an artificial voicebox, but doesn't think he needs it at the same time. To pass along messages and plan with Riax, he simply uses his claws to draw in the ground. If he's lucky he can get a bottle of ink and use his claws much like a quill, but ink like that is hard to come by. He's tried a form of sign language once, but all five of Riax's eyes looked at him like he was stupid, so he just sticks to drawing for them and using various sounds to emphasize each point.
