Little anxious investigator of the occult. Always tucked behind a much larger figure or peeking around the corner, you can't find a more timid girl than Chloe on the Isles of Whispering Waves. If asked, she would rather befriend a ghost before she goes out of her way to speak to a living person. With an innate ability to interact with otherwordly beings, she greatly favors the dead (the friendly ones) over the living due to their quiet nature and whispering words.

Chloe can't decide if she loves or is put off by him. On one hand, he's the only person she is comfortable around but the sense of comfort is a double edged sword. It's precisely because she is only comfortable with him that she can't handle interacting with anyone else. His obsession with her overwhelms her a bit at times but she can never despise him for it.
She enjoys taking photos of mundane things ('useless things' as Mr. Valentini likes to call them) and waste film simply to piss him off.
