A former police officer. Not much is known about why he disappeared from the force suddenly or why he resurfaced as the leader of one of the criminal gangs.

He was known as a "badass" in the precinct and one of the best sharpshooters in the academy. He was the one who mentored Michael. 

His true intentions when facing off against his former pupil is unknown but it seems he has a plan in mind.
