Hiya! I see you've ended up with one of my designs! I don't really have a large TOS/ruleset but I will likely be contacting you about this if you break it!
- I do NOT and will NEVER allow my art/designs to be used as NFTs or for AI training. If you do either you are directly infringing upon my copyright.
- Do not resell characters from me that you got nonmonetarily(trade, art, free, etc.). You can gift them if they were free or ask for art/charas if they were gained by art/charas. UNLESS you have added your own art/commissioned art then you can resell/trade.
- You have commercial rights outside of creating general bigotry. (Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Sexism, etc.)
- Please. Please. PLEASE!!! Do not buy characters from me with sexual intentions for them/ the intent for them is solely NSFW. I will likely refuse offers from profiles that feature heavily NSFW/sexualized character designs for my comfort.
- If you no longer want the character and don't want to worry about rehoming them then feel free to send them back to me and I can! I HIGHLY prefer this to having the character deleted.
