Tiffany is a chef who loves experimenting with mixing "genres" of food, like making pasta entrees into sandwiches. While she's great at cooking, she feels like she's too young to own a business, also she doesn't really want to settle down into one place, so she ends up hopping between jobs every couple of months so she can learn different techniques.
