Not much different than the standard for her species, though perhaps with more grey feathers. She more often than not can be seen wearing a beaded necklace.
Likes to think she's the strong and silent type, a jaded fighter who can and will do what she needs to do and will take it into her own talons to uphold the law when others won't. Her companions and girlfriend get to see a truer side of her - she's still rather serious, but not nearly as grim or dour as she'd have you believe. Resolute, but not inflexible. Candid, but not unkind. Jean knows how to see past the bigger picture and appreciate the little things. She enjoys being in the now, experiencing the present and riding it out for all it's worth.

Wyliame
Though she's not quite sure she'll completely shake every last lingering doubt she has about the petrel, she's come to (begrugingly, at first) trust him and value his advice and companionship. He's also, admittedly, a decent cook, but even that much praise would go to his head if she told him, so she hasn't.
Casimir
The kid's still a bit of a mystery. He's keeping secrets, whether he's aware of it or not. But still, it's clear he's in need of company and guidance, and though Jean has never really been a fan of children, she's never felt good about trying to turn him away. She figures she's stuck with him now, but funnily enough, she doesn't actually dislike that idea.
Helewys
Jean's girlfriend. They've been going steady for a few years now, and though Jean's work often takes her on long trips away from town, they've managed to maintain a close relationship. Jean cares deeply for the vulture, and highly values the time they do get to spend together. She doesn't see herself settling down long term for a while yet, but she's considered it for Helewys.
