one little note I have is that in the United States âorientalâ is often used as a slur for Asian people. I totally understand that youâre probably using it as a word/descriptor for the art style but I worry that someone might see it as negatively motivated? I see you use a translator for English, so thatâs probably the fault of the translator, haha. You could change/adjust it to âtraditional (which art style youâre drawing from) cat batâ

Oh no, as other users have already said, this is really just the name of a cat breed, I definitely didnât mean to imply anything racist, oh my god no đ I usually always check how different animal breeds are referred to in English to make sure Iâm writing everything correctly. Based on what I found on Instagram, people commonly say âoriental catâ when talking about this breed..? In any case, thank you for the information and your concern! I really appreciate that you wanted to help me avoid any potential issues, and okay, I can change the name by adding âshorthairâ!
Ah okay thank you so much <3 I absolutely get that they're genuinely just called "oriental cats" in shorthand but if someone's viewing on mobile or a small screen it's hard to see that it's a cat haha.
