She is an absolute people pleaser and puts this this to use through her event planning service that she runs in conjunction with Penelope and Jojo, with Mariposa heading the food preparations for events. She has a passion for cooking, and she specializes in seasonal dishes that take advantage of the produce that she gets from her neighbors and friends. Her favorite deserts to make with fruit filling, especially apple pies and cherry pies.
