Hello and welcome to my TOS! Please read this before buying commissions or designs from me. If you have any questions, whether it be about my TOS or something that may not be listed; feel free to DM me!

commission tos
My TAT can be very varied.
- I have a full time job that takes a lot of energy from me! So sometimes my TAT can be anywhere from a few hours to 2 months the latest.
- I will ALWAYS try to communicate if I feel a commission will take me more time! Please never be afraid to ask for updates on anything!
I have the right to refuse a commission.
- No matter my reasons I have full right to turn down a commission. I do not have to explain myself, nor should that be expected of me unless I feel it is needed.
Do not claim my art as your own.
- Self explanatory! My art is my own
- This is also goes for AI; I never wish for my art to be related to AI in any way.
Payment is expected up front OR 50% up front, 50% when finished/nearing completion.
Depending on the commission being asked for, I have the right to adjust pricing.
- This is mainly in the cases of drawing designs that may be more difficult for me, whether it be generally out of my comfort zone or complicated.
- This also goes for interaction art, of course. My usual go to is +50% of the base price; but this will be discussed between me and the buyer.
After the sketch/lines are approved; no refunds.
- I like to work on my commissions in one go, so if I show you the line work and get them approved; Its expected to be finished that same day or within the next few days. Due to this, if you're getting a refund you must ask before I send the line work or when I send it. Do not approve it only to get a refund.

I can hold designs for up to 2 months for art, and 2 weeks for payment.
- In regards to art, I am fine being patient since I get life and such can be in the way; but I expect clear communication if things take longer. I just want a heads up!
- If I get no communication back after reaching out for 1-2 weeks I have the right to cancel the trade.
Do not use my designs for hateful/harmful rhetoric.
- This includes homophobia, ableism, transphobia, racism, proshipping, etc..
- I am not comfortable with my designs being used in a way that is harming people in these communities.
NSFW.
- I do not mind if my designs are used for NSFW purposes, as long as they were not designed to be a child (I will specify on certain designs for this!)
- Like above, while NSFW is okay this does not include proshipping.
Do not claim my designs as your own.
You're free to redesign my designs.
- As long as the original credit remains, you're free to tweak and redesign as much as you'd like.
- HOWEVER! If a design you have gotten from me has darker skin; do not suddenly make them white/whitewash them.
Reselling/retrading.
- You're free to resell and retrade my designs, but do not resell for a high price than you bought them unless art has been added onto them.
- You're also free to regift, idm at all :].
