Non-Canon Bad Timeline AU in which Basut Cultists steal Due's eyes and he gets rescued by some Hyth Paladins. Just something for me to play around in when I want to. Currently debating if I do want to do a storyline like this for Due further down his timeline so having an opportunity to try it out \o/

A concern stained by hypocracy is still a valid one.
Sometimes sleep just won't come and that tends to lead to some conversations you don't wish to have by daylight.
Sometimes being friends with someone from a completely different background than you is an interesting time.
There's a number of ways to spend your days when you're far from home with little that actually requires your attention. Duelek's taking advantage of it by letting himself relax and enjoy some time with his favourite heat sponge.
A day on the beach.
Some days are too quiet and allow the chance for revisiting old interests in the new state of norm.
Of course Duelek hates going into the town for literally anything, the town's awful >:U Getting falsely imprisoned for the night during the Festivl of Fools only reinforces that for him.
