Aphelia is a very friendly waterdog, but is largely mysterious. Some describe her as angelic and elegant. She's very popular amongst the waterdog world and takes on her passion career of modeling.
She never speaks of her past, her whereabouts, nothing. Not much info is known about her, and she tends to keep it that way.
