Able

Able is... someone.

No arms, but has hands.  Wears a hoodie and ties the sleeves behind his back. He said he remembered nothing of his past. But remembered the past of everyone he met, the memories that person has had since the moment their eyes opened. 

There is some sort of glitch when his bandage is pulled away.
