"I mean, will it *really* kill me?"

The best way to describe Otto is... Completely fucking nuts. He's an adrenaline junky, and when he isn't doing something that is dangerous to him and those around him, he's on his computer, his knee probably bouncing at a mile a minute. He's very good with technology, but he's even better at destroying it.

Despite being straight, Otto flirts with anyone and everyone, often either in a joking manner or to make them feel uneasy.
