Lottie

She appears to be a young clown and is often seen traveling with a mysterious carnival that appears and disappears overnight and is rarely in the same place twice. Lottie can usually be found running around the carnival grounds, giggling and enticing visitors to follow her before disappearing behind a ride or booth.
