Mediator

Design notes:
- Their glasses are optional (they usually go without, unless they're in bright sunlight)
- In the past, they wore their more flower-themed outfit and had more orange hair. They then disappeared for thousands of years, and when they were brough back, they had their more jester-themed outfit and their hair was more yellow. Any art that includes both them and Watcher should have them in their present form (they never met Watcher in the past)
- Their crest takes the place of their pupil in their right eye
- The pink triangles above their ears are more of ribbons, not more ears. (like what Mavis in Fairy Tail has)
- They are always wearing their ring, which contains the mark of their Other's crest.

Info:
The Mediator of those who watch over countless dimensions. They were born from the need to mend the conflict caused by the growing number of Archivists. With the ability to directly feel the emotions of others, they did their best to connect everyone and ensure all were heard. When that did not work, though, the reins would be taken by their Other, Arbitrator. However, the very conflict that they were brought into existence to ease became their very downfall. When trying to talk it out with another Archivist, things took a turn for the worse, leading to them being erased from existence (and memory) for many millennia. The Mediator that eventually came back is the same, but possibly different. They were returned through fragments of memories of them, so there is no way of knowing if they are truly the same as they once were.
Mediator is extremely friendly and bubbly, always willing to listen to what others have to say. They enjoy playing games and having fun, but take their job very seriously, as they truly want everyone to be happy and heard.
