A wasteland-wandering chatterbox on a mission to save his tribe. Or, uh. Something like that. He's easily sidetracked and often distracted, so he may also be sort of a mercenary, occasional vigilante, meandering errand boy. "WhHAateEver flOaAts your boat,, man..,.?" If you don't smell him coming, you'll hear the cracking and warbling of his voice from a mile away. Friendly, but painfully awkward. Cautious, but utterly lacking in self-awareness. Wields pistols with some discretion. Just sorta rolls with the punches.

In modern AU, he's a pizza delivery driver. Gets robbed and held up like once a week, what can ya do! Best pals with both the local sheriff and the 16 year old who runs a meth lab down the street. Haha, neat!
