One of the 8 daughters of Ninetails (the tube foxes) She and her sisters survived the battle against Amaterasu and took the fight as a humbling moment. She holds a grudge against the Sun Goddess, but takes it upon herself to restore Oni Island, including taking on her father's sword. She's the young master of the island.
She comes off as extremely rude to Scarlett, but eventually opens up, albeit still snide. She left her sisters in charge to keep an eye on things while she joined Akalia's resistance in hopes that they can prevent the destruction of the island. Wouldn't consider herself a good guy, but would rather side with the resistance than Kurai. Has to put her pride aside for the better good and overall help for everyone.
Kaji has seen and participated in her fair share of fights. She's a competent warrior and a useful ally. She prefers to keep her human disguise even though she cannot fully hide her fox self (can't hide her ears and tail). She claims she has five tails, but no one has actually seen this to confirm. Keep an eye on her as she may have some devious tricks up her sleeve.
