Kaleo is works as a physical therapist in a large coastal hospital focusing on water exercises. He first met Ezri in the pool he uses for his sessions and instantly fell for her. Due to Ezri's need for prolonged time underwater, Kaleo offered his expertise to help her learn to scuba dive. Leading to many opportunities to get to know the felitaur and eventually asking her out once she became scuba certified. They are now a year into into their relationship and are in talks of buying a house connected to the sea with an underwater tunnel and moving in together.
