Aidan Jarvah is a fan-made character for the series My Hero Academia.
Despite his tramautic upbringing, he is determined to join the U.A and set a future for himself, and to prove his family wrong. He manages to top the 1-A class with his quirk, Firebreathing.
Apperance
Aidan has black eyes, bright ginger hair spiked upwards, and dark tan skin. His cheeks are also littered with dark brown freckles. During school time, he wears a dark red collared shirt, black tie, and dark blue sweater, along with black jeans and red tennis shoes. Outside of school, he wears tank tops, hoodies, sweaters, and anything else he feels like.
His chest and back are covered in jagged, rough scars, which he hides from view at all times. These were caused by abusive punishments from his parents when he was young, though he would never tell this to anyone, or show them for that matter.

Quirk
Firebreathing: Aidanβs quirk gives him the ability to shoot plumes of fire from his mouth, also giving him heightened resistance to heat and inhaling smoke. This is possible through the use of a small organ located under his stomach, which is connected to his stomach. The flames are produced by a powerful, highly flammable liquid that is stored, replenished, and ignited in this extra organ. Once ignited, the flames travel through his stomach, throat, and shot out of his mouth, similar to a flamethrower. If this liquid is depleted and overused, it can cause extreme cramping and nausea, usually making the teen become dizzy and weak, and in extreme cases, black out entirely. Because of how the brain works in making the stomach highly sensitive to emotion, when he is angered, the liquid starts to bubble, causing smoke to seep from his mouth. The amount of smoke is dependent on how angry he is; being irritated causes a constant thin stream, while being furious and in an uncontrollable rage causes it to pour out thick. Because of his short fuse, Aidan is almost always seen with smoke escaping his mouth, so itβs just best to leave him be if his smoke is thicker than usual.

Backstory
Aidan was born into an extremely Christian household, so much so that the whole family had healing related quirks, both immediate and extended. Aidan, however, was born with a fire quirk, which caused a large amount of tension in his family. This unusual quirk and his significantly darker skin than his family lead to the idea that his mother cheated on his father, but she would never admit to this. Aidan was treated horribly as a child, but he didnt realize how inhumane his punishments were until he got older. He would be cut and slashed with sharp objects as punishment, no matter how little the mistake he made was, and now has jagged scars all across his chest and back. He developed bad anger issues and slight PTSD from a young age, and later on was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Once he got older, around 13 years old, he realized that he was gay, and actually had a boyfriend for a while. Soon after starting to date him, his parents found out, which sent everything over the edge. He ended up breaking up with them after this happened, which discouraged him from dating for quite a few years. Even with having a new boyfriend now, he has a creeping fear in the back of his mind that his parents would find out and everything would blow up again like before. By the time his parents found out when he was 13, he was able to defend himself, so he wouldn't be cut up anymore, it was mostly just arguing. When he'd get too angry, he would leave the house and go to the gym, which helped him calm down, and made him feel safer in his home from being physically fit. Even now he stays in peak physical condition from the fear that his parents would find him and try to attack him. Finally, when he turned 16, he left his home and was able to afford a cheap apartment until he could get into the U.A., which he finally got into at 17 by topping his class.

Aidan met Cain during the U.A. physical entrance exam, not actually talking to the other until afterwards. He first noticed him before the exam even started, but was unable to start a conversation as he was interrupted by the exam starting. They soon met again mid-exam. Aidan found a battered and bloody Cain, having trouble fighting off bots with raw strength instead of his quirk, tasting sounds. Aidan, feeling a sudden urge to help the boy despite starting to feel sick from quirk overuse, sent one last plume of fire at the bot and collapsing right afterwards. Cain, worried for the safety of the boy who helped him, carried the blacked-out Aidan to safety behind some buildings until the exam was over. After the exam, he took Aidan back to his apartment to care for him until he could safely care for himself. Soon after all of this, the two realized their crush for each other, and started dating.
