He is killing every woman that slightly reminds him of Danger (exactly Cyrus shapeshifted into Danger) (not by looks of course cuz he is blind) and writing their sins with their blood on the nearest flat surface near their corpses. He thinks that he is doing good by doing this because he thinks that he is getting rid of evil by killing them.
