Backstory

David was a happy, but slightly disobedient, child, and lived a decent childhood despite having to disguise himself as a human whenever in public. One day, he decided he wasn't going to listen to his parents while playing outside and be in his true form (he was 18 (in human years) at the time so he was fully developed). Someone caught him, and soon after his house was invaded by the police; he was the only one to make it out, his parents were taken and he never saw them again. He feels very guilty for his parents' death, though he tries to convince himself it wasn't his fault (but fails to fully convince himself). Years later, he runs into someone, and she was a Sonaxon, like him...
