— BASIC PROFILE. —

❝My name is Robs. Just Robs. R-O-B-S. Nice and easy.❞

Olivine Roberta Baird, typically simply known as 'Robs', is part of AO Group #113. She works as something like that of a receptionist, keeping track of everybody's whereabouts and making sure everyone is doing their jobs. While not technically part of the job description, she also helps keep up morale. Though trained extensively in self defense and the use of a bo staff, she prefers to stay out of the action, and can usually be seen on the sidelines with a clipboard or tablet, keeping record of what goes down. If you even so much as LOOK at her notebooks she WILL yell at you and tell you not to mess it up. Her first language is Communia, and she knows enough Japanese to get by in Hokkaido. She also knows a little Chinese.

— PERSONALITY/ATTRIBUTES. —

Robs tends to be more of a follower than a leader, in most scenarios. Deep down, though, she thinks she'd be a better leader than everyone else. She's pretty sure everyone else also feels that way, though. She's a very indecisive person, and struggles forming her own opinions due to heavily relying on her parents and other authority figures for everything in the past, so she'll typically go along with the popular opinion, or whatever she last heard that sounds "right" to her. She tends to be a bit of a procrastinator, but genuinely works her hardest in everything she does. (It's the executive dysfunction.)

Robs is very good at following directions, but she's very forgetful and often has to ask multiple times to be shown how to do something, so she typically opts for writing things down rather than embarrass herself in asking someone in charge to repeat themself. No thank you! When she's at work she keeps a constant, friendly customer service-y smile all day long to appease the higher ups and those not affiliated with her employers and coworkers. It's that -customer service voice- "How can I help you today? :)" kind of thing. When she's off the clock/on break her face is completely neutral all the time. (Her face hurts from smiling all the time, okay?) She still feels emotions, her face just doesn't emote unless she feels something VERY STRONGLY.

She's easy to get along with, very personable even beneath the customer service mask. She doesn't really seek people out for friendships, she lets people come to her.
The turquoise hair dye is to make her seem more friendly and approachable despite her resting bitch face; it serves as a pretty good ice breaker. She dyes it herself! She also has a tattoo of angel wings on her shoulder blades and a cross on her back, though due to the fact that she wears shirts, it's usually not visible. She's not religious or anything, she just grew up in a Catholic household, and thinks the aesthetics are dope.

Robs is non-binary and goes by Robs exclusively. Her family members and bosses call her by her birth name, Olivine, but everyone else knows to call her Robs. Usually.

She's kind of a control freak in that she absolutely does NOT let anybody interfere with her paperwork. It HAS to be done a certain way, and if you do it DIFFERENTLY it will all fall APART. Do NOT fucking touch. She genuinely does not trust ANYBODY with her work, even if they have experience and the best of intentions. She's a fast typer and writes in all caps; her handwriting is neat and very small. She does not know cursive.

— EVERYDAY LIFE. —

At her first job, she specialized in organization, typing, and writing at JHQ. Long, shitty office hours. Not fun. However, when the reform started, she was assigned to an AO group (113, where she is now) under the new regulations. Her job consists of documentation of AO operations and keeping track of the AOs in the group. She's no one's boss, by any means, rather, she's more of a receptionist. Much to her relief, working in the AO group is a more welcoming environment, and her boss doesn't suck.

Robs and her family live in Hokkaido. They have a decent sized home, though Robs typically ends up sleeping at the AO HQ. It's just easier since she spends the majority of her time there, anyway.

If Robs isn't working, she's sleeping. If she's not sleeping, she's working. In her rare moments of downtime, she enjoys solving picross puzzles and drawing. Lately, she's found herself more and more interested in studying magic, as well. In the evenings, she trains in self-defense and wielding her staff. She also tries to find time to study Japanese and Chinese.

— HISTORY. —

Robs was born in Hokkaido. Her parents had moved to the area due to her father's work as a technical engineer. When she was around 3 and a half years old, her little brother, Storm, was born, thus diagnosing her with intense Eldest Daughter Syndrome. Though Robs herself was never particularly religious, her father is a devout Catholic and therefore grew up in a Christian household. As a child, Robs was incredibly shy and reserved. She didn't have a ton of friends, and got bullied a lot in school because of it. When she was roughly 11 years old, her parents enrolled her and Storm into martial arts classes for self defense and confidence - it would be here that Robs would finally begin to grow into herself and make more friends. Not long after, her parents would join and take classes as well. She picked up the bo staff and eventually began helping to teach classes as well. When she entered high school, she dual-enrolled in a cosmetology school, but she ended up not doing anything with her knowledge aside from dye her own hair and paint her own nails.

When she was 16, she got her first job at JHQ, as mentioned in the above sections. At the risk of repeating myself, it was boring and it sucked and the hours were god-fucking-awful. Eventually, as she becomes an anomaly, her eyes turn turquoise and yellow (her soul colors) and her skills with her bo staff and crossbow improve. She has a high pain tolerance, but bruises easily. It's the anemia. She has a very determined aura, so she naturally inspires people to work a little harder when she's around. It wasn't until the reform that she finally transfered to AO group 113.
