witch hat atelier oc, used to be an apprentice for a very strict witch but realised he'd get so much further without him so he started to look into illegal spells and found/modified one to turn into a circus of some sort! He wears a mask that's constantly spinning/twisting his appearance into different looks, and the tail he has is apart of a cape which he can use to transform into a shrimp like dragon form!! ^_^
