Appearance

Sage is a short tan and lean woman missing her left eye. Her remaining eye is green. She has long russet hair. As a werecoyote, she has a pair of tawny ears and a tail with purplish tips.

Her typical garb is a beige buttonup, auburn pants, boots and a colorful poncho over it. She wears a black eyepatch over her missing eye.

In her werecoyote form, she is a large, monstrous tawny and purplish-grey coyote that stands on her hind legs. She has a wide, pupiless green eye.

Personality

Sage is a spitfire, ready and raring to go at the drop of a dime. If there’s a fight to be fought, she’s fighting it. If there’s a point to be proven, she’s proving it. She has a hair-trigger temper and has problems misreading others’ intentions, often jumping to conclusions. Her simmering anger mellows out around her friends but she is still somewhat snarky and irritable.

History

Having always been somewhat of a loner, Sage has always eschewed being part of a group. Things somewhat changed when she met Ryn, who thought her therianthrope abilities would be useful. After some negotiation, Sage decided to join her adventures, mainly on the basis that she would cash in on what boons they’d gain. However, in time, Sage has warmed up to Ryn and their fellow companion Zinnia.

Skills

As a Noxchild, her inhuman characteristics do not appear to those who cannot see past the Veil. As a werecoyote, Sage has above-average strength and endurance. She transforms every full moon into a coyote monster but has the ability to take on the form any time she likes.
