Celandine

Celandine is the present, de-facto leader of Balta, a large, united nation of many city states. She was in rivalry with her older brother for control of the nation, when he mysteriously passed away. Her brother, -- , had opted for a ministry lead by him, with representatives from each state, but Celandine preferred one ruler overall. 

She is known for keeping the balance, but wants to take things a step further to protect her lands from the threat of the wizards. Though, since there is no royal blood in her family, or in the country any longer, there is much worry over nothing.
