Yondi's Ownership

Free characters are not to be resold unless commissioned value has gone up. If I did not SELL or TRADE you a character, and instead gifted them, there is probably a reason behind it. (old design, unknown art/design credits, simple/base made, etc.) Please credit me here for art instead of other social medias, as it is easier incase I go through name change. I do not mind other socials being credited, just prefer this one. These rules are a WIP. I will edit and flesh them out ASAP.
