protects a village of crystal nymphs, which inhabit the cave which he lives. he was ordered by the great goddess selene to protect over them as the crystals played a vital role in the survival of the earth and the nymphs harvested and made sure the crystals in this cave flourished. and so, selene trusted him and bestowed, along with the protection over the nymphs, the full power over the crystals, so, if an intruder were to happen across the cave, he would be able to successfully protect the nymphs and the crystals which inhabit the cave. however, this comes with a downside: his life is tied to the crystals, which means if their power were to deplete or weaken, he, in turn, becomes weakened as well. if their power were to completely drain, he would die.
he takes his job very seriously, since (as pointed out) it comes with the risk of his life if he does it incorrectly. confident, loves talking with the nymphs, very tender and loving, charming.
