A chaotic and free hybrid who has traveled but chosen to settle nearby the Seawing Kingdom. Slater is good friends with Octopus and will occasionally attend Octopus's plays.

Some call Slater a delinquent, others a numbskull, but he likes to call himself "Ya Boy" and "Destruction in dragon form". He's quite prideful, but even if he loses he can admit talent, skill, or otherwise.

His wings are underdeveloped, and thus he cannot fly. He doesn't need to though since he spends most his time on land or in the water with Octopus.
