Collateral Damage breathes confidence and self pride. She's incredibly vain and thinks very highly of herself. She is confident to the point of arrogance. In her worldview, there is no such thing as being wrong. She follows her own rules. She's uptight and doesn't like anything or anyone messing up her plans or her view on the world. She has a short temper and is acid tongued when riled. She admires power. She is willing to bed down with anyone she deems as powerful and doesn't care about sleeping around. She loves to flirt and is comfortable flaunting herself in front of others. She can be quite twisted on occasion and is not afraid to get her hooves dirty - so long as she can wash them afterwards. She was born to Narcissa and Diesel Decay. She has a twin brother named Contagion. At first, her mother was reluctant to let her see her father, but eventually they became a family. After a couple of months she learned about the deal between her mother and a Helkaer mare named Respira. She was sent off to live with Respira in her lands of Toxin Raj, but she was joined shortly by her mother and twin brother. Narcissa then brought another foal home with her named Deidre, whom Colla despised. The filly got bored and began to wander, eventually finding herself in the slave cells, where she met Mansion, who became one of her closest friends. She also was visited by her half sister, Junellia, whom she spat at before they finally had some civilized conversation.

Her brother eventually moved out of Toxin Raj. Colla stayed in Toxin Raj under the Helkaer and hung out around Mansion. Eventually, she began to wander out of Toxin Raj and explored some more of the Free lands. She was then stolen by Madison. Fuming, she went to visit the Light mare in her home of Armenco. She went home after a conversation with Madison. She then decided to move to Krieg Partei, the home of Toxic, a Helkaer stallion. She became Madame Mistress - in charge of his slaves and the whorehouse. She herself began to mess around with various stallions around Wild Equines. The two most memorable of which were Ezeakiel and her best friend, Mansion. She then discovered herself to be pregnant and is rather unsure what to do with the pregnancy. She then heard of her brother acquiring a main land called Grimvorne and went to see him. They re-established ties, despite her brother's abhorrence of the Helkaer and she visited him sporadically. She gave birth to her twins some months later, having quite a surprise to have twins as well as children that looked quite different from each other. She visited Contagion again and found him insane after his mate's betrayal. He vanished shortly after her visit and she is rather distraught about his disappearance. She is then promoted to Lieutant General of Krieg Partei, occupying what is essentially the Second in Command spot.

Shortly afterward she became pregnant again to a stallion named Schism. She started getting tired of Toxic and his antics and began exploring the Free lands more and more. Several months later, she gave birth to Sahira, her first daughter. She doted on her three children, happy to raise them on her own. She stayed in Krieg Partei for several months, allowing Sahira to be weaned off of milk before she decided to leave Wild Equines and take her children on an adventure.
