A draftee in WW2, Vincent's life changed forever after earning glowing commendations on the battlefield. Spurring into action by Watergate, he used the Judgement Machine, a CIA project to make a perfect decision making machine, to go back in time and win the election of '69 to become president instead. After seeing how deep the corruption in the government went and realizing there was no on man to remove to fix things, he went on a long journey to change history and make America a country he could be proud of again.
