Due to some reckless action while in a hostage situation, Emma lost on arm, an ear, and has a huge scar over half her face. She's a free spirit who doesn't give you any respect until you've earned it in her eyes. She's sarcastic and loves to skimp on doing work where she can. Despite this, she constantly tries to get her parents to get her a dog, as she has an obsession for the things. Her room is covered in dog posters, pictures, figurines, and even has some supplies such as collars, chew toys, and leashes scattered around. She's been known to spend a lot of time wistfully looking at adoption center's web pages. They do eventually get her a puppy, named Wilfred, for her birthday, which is one of the very few things she chooses to take responsibility for.
