Bored with his everyday life, the young dragon Kaldrugos left his home to travel the world. Stumbling across the Wandering Isle on its way back to the main land of Pandaria, he quickly found himself in love with the people who called it home. Deciding to adapt to their lifestyle, he quickly found a new, happier life for himself. With his new name, Tsann, he lived life as a Pandaren for many, many years.
Upon hearing of Kalecgos's decision to disband the dragonflight, he pledged his life to fight the Legion as an Archmage of the Tirisgarde for his home and Pandaria, as well as the remaining few of his kin.
When the legion attacked Azeroth, Tsann also made a decision to reveal his true identity as the dragon, Kaldrugos. He swore to stop hiding from his duties and pledged his cause to the Tirisgarde, offering his extensive knowledge of magic to help Azeroth. He quietly hoped to reunite with his birth mother, Celestgosa, but has not been able to locate her since Kalecgos's disbanding of the dragonflight. He has made it his personal goal to meet her again before his death.
Tsann is an ambitious, determined individual who can come off as rather brash. He is, however, quite gentle in personal situations. He is truly a social butterfly, always willing to buy a fellow adventurer a drink or two (or three!).

He was mothered by a dragoness named Celestgosa, who he is no longer in contact with. Their relationship was not unpleasant; he simply told her nothing of his sudden departure. He secretly hopes to see her again.
A widowed pandaren woman named Ja-Hyun Sweetfur acted as a foster parent to him, taking a special interest in him. She was a new light in his life and was the reason he made the decision to adapt to Pandaren life. It was she who gave him his Pandaren name, Tsann. She was the only mortal who knew his true identity, though now she is long gone. Tsann remembers her fondly and fights in her memory.
Tsann takes a large interest in magic as a blue dragon, and even as a pandaren he continued practicing, even teaching a few novice mages with his heightened knowledge of the arcane.
He mainly goes by the name Kaldrugos formally, but is still called Tsann by Pandaren, and by friends.
THE FOURTH WAR
Kaldrugos has remained neutral throughout the events of The Fourth War. Since the war with the legion ended, he has retired from the Tirisgarde and has spent most of his time travelling Azeroth, searching for any signs of the former Blue Dragonflight and any word of what happened to his mother, Celestgosa. So far he has had little luck, not meeting even a single blue dragon.
