My characters

• You can take inspiration from my characters, but please do not rip-off their designs or colors, if i found so you will be blocked and put on a blacklist ! Same if you re-post my characters or claim them as your own
  
• You can draw my characters if you want to, even with other people's characters (if they are okay with this too!), just be sure to tag me/not claim the design/character as your own please !
  
• Do not use the characters i own for roleplays of any kind, do not use them to promote anything that can cause arm to someone or a safe communit
  

Comissions

• I am always open for comissions, all infos can be found on my comission post !
  
• If you bought an comission from me or got a character with a drawing i made, you have to follow my comission's TOS ! (here)
  
• Please do not use my art for commercial use before talking to me ! I am asking for a commercial fee to use my art !
  
• Do not edit my art or delete my signature ! If i still have the original art with unfused layers, i am always okay with small edits on old pieces i made ! (with just a small € fee)
  
• If you own a base i made, same rules apply, do not use it for commercial use without paying the feel do not erase my signature, and do not give it to someone (even for free!) thanks you a lot
  

Sales & trades

• Every characters outside of the NFS folder (and sub-folders) are up for sale and trade !
• All my prices are in € - euros, payment wise i only take paypal (and sometimes DA points, feel free to ask me!) I can also take mixed offers !
  
• Trade wise, i can accept both art and characters/designs ! You can check my trade preferencies on my Toyhouse !
  
• When you make an offer, please try to be clear with what you offer (ie : I'd like to offer art for x character - i'd like to offer 2 headshot and 1 halfbody for x character!) Thanks you a lot !
  

DNI

• Please do not interact with me/my toyhouse if you are ableist, homophobic, sexist, racist, or a biggot in any shapes or way. I won't hesitate to block you and sent your name to my friends to block you too if you put any rude comments on my post.
• Please be carefull if you are a minor. I am 24 and sometimes post nsfw or gorey art ! Even thought they are censored with TH's nsfw my Toyhouse is not minor friendly !
• Be carefull on some of my character's page if you can be triggered by scars, religious trauma or weapons ! Some of these subject might not be censored !
  

FREE designs may not be sold or traded unless art has been added.

Designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold without added art, but can be traded.

Designs obtained via SALES may not be sold for more than their base value + added art value.
