Rodger has alwys been a curious dreamer, running around exploring different dreams and other realms. Different human universes and lands, seeing the rise and fall of many nations that never even existed in our world. However, this always meant trouble in the end, may it be getting attacked by scared humans, getting in the middle of fights, and end up running back to his parents. One day, one of these adventures lead to him accidentally bringing a terror bug to his home, causing what we know of Neo. Rodger has that guilt haunting him knowing his little brother is a Rem because of him, all beacuse he wasn't careful. Now, he's seen wandering place to place, trying to help others without asking anything in return. Despite all of his good deeds, the guilt won't go away.

Neo Brother

Despite Neo knowing that Rodger indirectly caused him to end up as a rem, he never held that against him. He is fully aware it was a mistake made while young and alwys begged for his older brother to "forgive and forget" about it. The two hold a strong bond and would be willing to do anythign to help each other out.
