Draughriss is a sad sort of creature. Where once upon a time she had an entire life of wonder and possibility ahead of her, it has since been torn away by the cruel claws of jealousy and replaced with the slow burn of depression. Agony's Edge, the sword piercing her long dead heart, is the only thing that keeps her skeletal body upright and moving, and try as she might, she can't break its curse. Forced to wander alone, outcast as a traitor for a crime she never committed, she instead diverts her gaze from the dwellings and towers of a home that doesn't accept her to the lost creatures and silent waifs of the outskirts. Of the woodlands and the wild places, where the trees are taller than any castle and the wind blows a quiet song all its own.

Though depression and grief cloud her mind from the cursed blade, she still tries to see the sun through all the clouds. And still tries to experience the world in all its wonder.
