Would you consider taking art in exchange for them? I simply adore both cats and otters. This design is so adorable! I can really imagine that the character would be a wholesome cheerful little guy that just wants to make friends and brighten up someone else's day by being himself and going out of his way to help or make the other person involved feel better.
