you can

- redesign them in any way

- use them for nearly anything you want

- commission or create personal NONPROFIT* digital/physical work of them (plushies, keychains, tshirts, etc)

- trade/gift the design away

- resell them at the price you bought them at (if they have additional commissioned work or personal work, feel free to add that on. but do not add on the worth of free or gifted work.)

you cant

- turn them into a new original species or convert them into a original species without my permission

- use characters for COMMERCIAL use, such as use for video games, webcomics, other large scale projects and PUBLIC merchandise*. i only let people do this if they've specifically commissioned me for design/concept work. thank you! *creating digital/physical items which includes my design and is being sold for others to buy, 

- sell them for more than the price they were bought at unless they have additional commissioned or personal work

- claim you are the designer/creator of the character

- editing or modifying their original artwork (if i have made a design specifically for you and want small changes to their artwork, i can do that for you!)

- use them to promote or condone problematic or hateful content such topics as pedophilia, incest, hate art/speech, zoophilia, proship ETC. please stay very far away from me if you condone any of those things

- reupload the character's original art made by me onto other sites (I also would like to request NOT to upload OLD artwork (anything before 2022) that i have created to toyhouse or anywhere else. thank you. if you already have work from these times uploaded, it's fine.)
