PERSONALITY

Friendly enough, but perhaps not the greatest or most exciting friend one could have. He has a fairly good memory, especially when it comes to the best spots for food and rest. An avid food lover, he's not fussy at all with food; in fact, he's a little experimental, sometimes trying out different plants at the same time if they happen to be growing close to each other. Although reluctant to do anything he doesn't want to, he sure puts the effort in to power through it as fast as possible so he can get back to doing what he wants sooner.

Balam finds himself uninterested in most things, preferring a lazy day spent eating. Even once in a lifetime experiences don't really catch his attention. He doesn't feel the need to be around others but can appreciate company. He has a habit of complaining whenever he's pulled away from whatever he's doing to take part in something else. When trying to rush through a task, he often misses little important details; or in some cases he's pretty oblivious to what's going on around him. Balam lacks patience and finds himself struggling to keep calm when others are slowing him down; though he never blows up, he just tends to be mildly grumpy about it.
