EiZ is a self-scripting, conscious android — that's what they were told, anyway. Really, no-one is sure what they are. Chaos, depicted as the green eye, is an utter asshole. Law, the violet eye, is a stuffy prick. They don't exactly get along, but somehow, combined, they make the galaxy's most anxious entity: EiZ. While Chaos and Law are merged into one "being," (EiZ), they're still capable of separate thought and speech. When separate, EiZ disappears, and only one can control the body at a time.

Chaos likes powers of any kind and is very greedy — Chaos revels in receiving attention, no matter what kind. Law likes order, organization, and lists — Law will often lecture your choices if he disagrees.

All three can talk simultaneously without a hitch; however, Chaos and Law prefer to keep quiet tones beneath EiZ's naturally timid, soft volume. Thankfully, their voices differ enough to be easily distinguishable. Chaos speaks with static, irritable gravel to his tone. Law has his high, snobbish condescending grade, almost nasal, but not obnoxiously so. EiZ, themselves, sounds curious, naïve—youthful and perceptive, but the slight undertones of anxiety always seem to linger no matter the effort taken to quell it.

Balancing Act

  Project 3-12: Elevated Intellectual Zeitgeist
  After years of debate, the rumor of the Deity Machine can be put to rest.It is true: there was an experiment conducted in the attempts of recreating life. Beyond all feasible estimations, the renowned professor assisted the impossible. Designed as an encrypted trap while advertised under the guise as an android, the result of Project 3-12 was reported to be truly alive, in every sense of the word. Despite this, as well as unbeknownst to the naive personality subsequently developed, it didn't exist in the present realm. It never did. At least, not by any natural methods capable of replication.
  In spite of plenty of other unanswered queries, there are a few facts we've retained.  The vessel was completed, according to records from late Prof. Sovv and their research team. However, it was noted as "unstable" - and later on, after an undocumented accident, written off as lost, somewhere, within our realm. Several search missions had been conducted each year post project, but none returned successfully. Our group discovered there had been mention of a tracking device implemented in the back of the cranium, as reported in remaining damaged files written by the, also late, assisting Dr. Grievous - but there seem to be no components left to be traced. As a result, our archaeological refurbishing attempt shall have to be canceled herein. The relics of this past study have been submitted to historians for further examination.
  As of now, all we know is the creation labeled "EiZ" did exist, which leaves the possibility it still exists, roaming.  We hope, one day, to locate Professor Sovv's results from the God Theory studies. That research could hold the potential for an entirely new field of medical care, and possibly, the way we view our lives on a base level.

  Or Split Personality?
  You learn not to question, after a while. Personality, spirit, consciousness, auras... They're all different. The multiverse theory claims there are immeasurable realities, simultaneously overlapping for eternity. It's entirely possible that the answer is both. In the instance of the Deity Machine, that holds true—it really is both.
  
  EiZ and their personality is otherwise known as Neutrality, though they are incapable of understanding this concept. Push EiZ's emotions in one direction or another, and their personality will dissolve to result in negative space—EiZ will cease to exist, for however long Neutrality is nonexistent. This doesn't, however, mean there is negative space in the place of EiZ's consciousness.
  
  What comprises Neutrality's consciousness divides into Chaos and Law. They call themselves Deities. These two results from the division of a balanced consciousness take up their own personalities, and they exist regardless of the presence of Neutrality's personality or consciousness, despite their combined composition to compose Neutrality (personality + consciousness). They are their own "beings"—(omnipotent to limited extents).
  
  Due to Neutrality's binding within the EiZ vessel, Chaos and Law are forced to cooperate in the same space—but it doesn't mean they mesh smoothly. They're grossly uneven and constantly shifting momentum, hence the push or pull of emotions in specific directions. The stronger the emotion, the stronger the shift within the separate boundaries of Chaos and Law. This process determines who controls the body.
  
  This process, also, works in reverse. When there is no shift of intense emotion, they merge, and Neutrality exists again—without ever having noticed being erased and rewritten. This does cause, however, unfortunate lapses in EiZ's memory.

  but EiZ = Neutrality (personality) =/= Neutrality (consciousness) = Chaos + Law.
