Raphael Travesty

Head of an illegal experiment testing the boundaries of what it means to be human, Raphael was, ironically, the kindest in their history of lead surgeons.  That doesn't say much.  A man with a hot-blooded temper, shark teeth, and a detachable head, Raphael was both scientist and experiment.  Like a loaded gun with four bullets and a bruising kickback, you'd be wise to avoid his bad side.
