Design Terms of Use

General Art
These rules apply to personal art, fanart, and gifts

- You can repost my art on any platform as long as there is credit given
- My art can be used for references for poses, style, etc
-That being said tracing and coping of my art/designs is not allowed
- Please ask for what you can and cant use my art for ଘ(੭ˊ꒳ˋ)੭

Commissions
These rules apply to commissioned artwork and traded artwork

- Payment is upfront unless we've discussed something else
- Refunds will not be given unless discussed
- Chargebacks will get you blacklisted
- Personal use such as printing stickers for yourself, using it on your page, etc is fine
- Please give me time to complete them as I am currently working and a student
- Credit me when reposting when you use my art on your page
- Editing the work is fine if you're the one who commissioned the piece
- My work will come with a watermarked and unwatermarked version
- Once the artwork has been approved by you my work is done

Adopts
These apply on any character design made by me

-When you get a character they completely belong to you but with a few rules
- You can redesign anything but not to the point of not being recognizable
- The first time drawing them, please give credit for the design (Link me to it!! I'd love to see!!)
- Art of an adopt should be treated like a commission piece
- You may use the character for anything you like but NO COMMERCIAL USE UNLESS WE HAVE TALKED ABOUT IT AND YOU HAVE PAID A COMMERCIAL FEE
- When a character is a 'closed species' the rules of said species are dominant and if they clash with my rules use the species rules

Regarding Selling Adopts or Trading Adopts

- You can trade adopt
- You can sell the adopt for what you bought it for, plus the price of commissioned art! (i.e. you paid $20 for the adopt but $5 for art, you can sell the adopt with the art for $25)
- ONLY RESELL IF YOU HAVE PUT MONEY INTO IT YOURSELF, IF SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT IT FOR YOU, YOU MAY NOT RESELL SINCE YOU DID NOT PUT MONEY INTO IT
