Cecelia Weatherbee, or Cee, as she prefers, is a fairly average teenage girl. Well, about as average as you can be with a TV for a head, that is. She loves gardening and planting things, and, besides flowers, she especially enjoys growing fresh fruits and vegetables, even if that means taking over as much space in both the front and back yards as her mother will let her. Another favourite hobby of hers would have to be baking, most often as a wonderful way to really make use of all that fresh food she's grown! Her only problem, however, is the fact that she doesn't exactly have a mouth to eat with, or even a stomach for that matter. Now, there's only so much space in the stomachs of her friends and relatives, so she instead likes to bring treats to her neighbours. By now, she's become known as the certified greeter of the neighbourhood, always bringing freshly picked apples and plates of warm cookies or carrot cupcakes to whoever was lucky enough to move in down the street!

     If you couldn't tell by now, Cee's quite the sweet girl, and she also loves to help out and give as much as possible! She volunteers whenever she can, and especially loves working with animals and kids, or baking for people in need! She also adores all things nature, especially flowers and bees! She loves soft, pastel colours like pinks, blues, and greens, as well as earth tones, which can definitely be been in her fashion sense and her closet full of high-waisted pants and cute button up shirts and t shirts, all in these colours. With her love of nature, baking, and generally working hard, it's not too uncommon for her clothes to be a little messy, whether that's the occasional rip, hole, or smudging of dirt or flour, although she does prefer keeping her pants rolled up to try - and usually fail - to save them from getting too dirty on the bottoms. Other than that, she prefers to wear mostly minimal accessories, like simple bracelets and watches that don't get in the way too much, and she may occasionally be seen with some stickers or even painting on her head, usually after she's been working around children.

     While there's not too much she could say she dislikes, storms are definitely on that list. While it's mostly the lightning that makes her more than a little nervous, she also dislikes getting wet, as too much water, or just if her emotions are running a little high, can cause her screen to start glitching. If it's bad enough, it may even lead to her screen looking completely glitched, or even getting stuck on an error screen, and it messes with her vision the worse it gets.
