Redesigning! (not majorily though)

A peaceful, magical dragon that is full of gachapon capsules.
When he sleeps, his dreams form together into new capsules, replenishing the ones he gives away.
The contents of the capsules vary from dream to dream, from otherworldy to ordinary objects.
Though if his needs are severely unmet, he will have dreamless nights producing grey, empty capsules.
