Newly updated rules (Thursday, November 10 th 2025) 1.I will try my best to awnser dms,comments and people in general as fast as I can I sometimes have 15 or more messages when I get on 2.Tag me in the designs first post and credit me properly wherever the design/designs are posted 3.NSFW is not allowed with my feral animal designs 4.the buyer can make pay to adopt hypocubs from the design they get from me 5.I do not tolerate design theft and any known theft=immediate block 6.Free designs cannot be sold they should be returned or gifted to someone else 7.Designs that were bought with usd or deviant art points cab be resold for the price they were bought for ( with no added art), or resold for more if there is art added to the character 8.Traded designs can only be retraded (with no added art) ,or resold(with added art to the character) 9.I would never make a design similar to someone else's design on purpose please let me know in the event one is and I will do everything in my power to fix my wrong. 10.If a design is resold or traded it is still under the same regulations of my rules please make sure the other party knows that 11.Do not supply my designs to people on my blacklist those people are on there for a reason and I don't want them to have any of my designs 12.Minor design changes are fine such as gender,mane color,eye color, a marking or two but please keep them recognizable, making a design inspired off a design you own from me is fine but please put inspired by 13.Full payment is required before you get the unmarked image of your adopt 14.No refunds available after the payment is made and you have the design in your possession 15If you have been in a beware post about concerning things I don't wish to be associated with you 16.You are held to the standards of these rules even if you don't read them 17.I am highly unlikely to take designs back from anyone but will if you do inappropriate things like NSFW with them 18.do not send payments unless I accept the offer/AB for a design please 🙏 Black list Rain/gamer/otter_artz or any of the alt names on Instagram, toyhouse or deviant art there's alot of Alt names on Instagram and I don't know the most recent Tlk_kito on Instagram
