= Cardinal is a tall, slim SkyWing traveler. He is known to be a 'miracle healer'. Healing a dragons wound with just a tap of his fake horn, the dragon is healed within seconds. He appears friendly, but that's what he wants you to think, Cardinal is a skilled manipulator, often scamming dragons. WIP =
