Shimmer

Another dishonored sun elf. Similar to Rutile, his lineage and history is dodgy, but he is certainly no where near as old as the pink haired former.

Shimmer, who does everything in his power to distance himself from his true name, is a thief, scouring from Cretuvos and Marsoam, to Hymune and Revoulsh. He's said to have a silent step, and can disarm his opponents with a mere touch to their skin.

It's unclear if Shimmer uses a paralytic magic, or a poison of similar nature, what is clear, is the effects last for around two hours before movement returns to the victim, and by that time, they've already been robbed blind, and the assailant is halfway to the next town or city.
