The Prince of Crime. 

In his normal routine he is a upstanding and even charitable businessman, he stands for the people, and believes other business to be the downfall of all morals in the world.

When he takes on his alter, he sabotages rival businesses by stealing their plans, burning their product, or outright eliminating them. Of course, he doesn't do these things himself, he has people to do the dangerous and dirty work for him.

He believes what he's doing is right, regardless of who tries to stop him.
